We do not provide medical, psychological/therapy, legal, or emergency services.
2) Eligibility & Supervision
-
Minors may participate only when a parent/guardian completes enrollment and signs required consents.
-
The parent/guardian is responsible for accurate health/allergy information, authorized pick-up persons, and on-time drop-off/pick-up.
-
For safety, we may refuse or discontinue participation for any individual.
3) Safeguarding & Child Protection
-
We follow child-safety practices: a two-adult presence where feasible, open/observable settings, no one-on-one in closed rooms, appropriate physical boundaries, no corporal punishment.
-
Staff communicate with minors only via official channels, with parent/guardian oversight when appropriate.
-
We are mandatory reporters: suspected abuse/neglect may be reported to authorities as required by law.
4) Code of Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, violence, dangerous items, and substance use are prohibited. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of participation.
5) Health, Allergies & Accessibility
Provide allergy/medical notes and any required medications with written instructions in the enrollment form. We will make reasonable accommodations; contact us in advance to plan for specific needs.
6) Drop-off, Pick-up & Offsite Activities
-
We use a sign-in/sign-out process and will release children only to authorized persons.
-
Offsite/transport activities require advance notice and separate consent when applicable.
7) Registration, Fees, Refunds & Schedule Changes
-
Program pages or the Registration Agreement list fees, dates, locations, and specific conditions.
-
Parent/guardian cancellations must be in writing; refunds/credits follow the policy stated on the program page or signed agreement.
-
We may postpone/cancel for safety, low enrollment, or force-majeure events; unused portions will be refunded or credited as published.
8) Communications
We communicate through official email/phone/registration systems. Staff do not maintain private messaging with minors on personal accounts.
