What We Do

  • Early Childhood (0–5): Play-based learning; language, fine-motor, and social-emotional development; parent guidance.

  • Children (6–12): After-school STEAM, teamwork, arts/sports, problem-solving, and online-safety basics.

  • Teens (13–18): Youth leadership, goal-setting, career exploration, media literacy, supervised mentoring.

  • Parents & Caregivers: Practical classes (communication, routines, emotions & conflict), peer support circles, family workshops.

  • Community Workshops: Bullying prevention, digital safety, and connection events.

Safeguarding & Child Protection

  • Two-Adult Rule where feasible; open/observable environments; no one-on-one in closed rooms.

  • Clear Boundaries: No corporal punishment; appropriate physical contact only.

  • Official Channels Only: Staff do not privately message minors on personal accounts.

  • Mandatory Reporting: We may report suspected abuse/neglect to authorities as required by law.

  • Media Consent: Photos/video only with written parent/guardian consent.

  • Ongoing supervision and refreshers to keep skills current.

Partnerships

We collaborate with trusted community organizations (e.g., schools, libraries, recreation centers) to host programs and expand access. All partners are vetted, and child-safety standards apply at partner sites.
